The Lobby Screen feature can be used to set up a touch-display for general VBOS users to access as they enter the office. It allows users to find team-members, or to find a workplace and scan the QR code to reserve via their own app.
Please note: A dedicated account needs to be created for this feature. You cannot use an existing personal account for the Lobby screen.

Once you have a Lobby Screen account enabled:
- Log into https://officespaces.iot.vodafone.com and the Lobby configuration window will appear
- Define the home screen, the default organization, location and floor

If you wish to enable My Teams, you should do so before saving
- You can set the default camera position for when the Lobby Screen is loaded

The Lobby Screen is now set up for use. When accessing a workplace, you will see a QR code Scan to open that workplace on the mobile app
