Bulk Reservation Rules

As a Property Booking Agent, it is possible to create reservation rules for an entire zone or a floor. Bulk reservation rules are applied to all workspaces in the zone that they are created for. If the rule is created for a floor, it applies to all zones within that floor.

To create a new Bulk Reservation Rule, click on the "three dots" icon next to the name of the zone or a floor of your choice, then "View reservation rules".

The Bulk Reservation Rule creation screen is the same as for single-workspace Reservation Rules, with an added option to select a Workplace Category (Desks or Rooms, or both) and no possibility to create the rule on behalf of a user.
