You can test the connectivity of your VBOS Hub Device by using the hidden Blinking Light tool in the User App. This can be useful if you're not sure whether a VBOS device is properly connected to the network.
How to test a VBOS using the Blinking Light tool
Note: To successfully perform device diagnostics, the VBOS device must be plugged in, and your mobile device must be connected to the fastest network available at your location.
1. Open the VBOS User App and open the Booking Screen of the workplace that you would like to test.
2. Tap and hold down on the workplace icon for a few seconds.
3. You will see a confirmation message in the app and the device will start blinking.

Troubleshooting
Device does not blink:
If the device isn't blinking, please perform a hard reset - unplug the device from the power, wait a few seconds and plug it back in again. If the device is still malfunctioning after the hard reset, please contact us at officespacessupport@vodafone.com
