Follow the below instructions in order to download and install the Setup app. For reference, before installing the setup app, it helps to install the user app first and create an account.
- Download the Office Spaces Setup app from the Google Play or Apple App store to your phone. The application can easily be found by searching for "Vodafone Office Spaces Setup" in the Google Play/ App store or by following one of these links:
Google Play - Android
Apple App Store - iOS - Select "Get Started" and sign in with your admin account details;
- Refer to point 3 if you are signing in with new account account details or
- Refer to point 4 when you have already set up your account. - When signing in with new account details (i.e. you have not used the Control Centre or Setup app before)

- You will need to have your account set up on the Control Centre. If you're the organisation manager, these will be sent to you during the onboarding. If you're not the organisation manager and you require access to the Setup app or Control Centre your internal application manager will need to create your account.
- In your inbox, you'll receive an email with the subject "Welcome to Vodafone Business Office Spaces Control Centre". This email includes your login email address and your temporary password.
- Open the Setup app again and sign in using the login credentials from the email.
- After signing in, you are prompted to change your password. Change the temporal password to something that you'll remember that meets the requirements. You cannot keep the temporal password.
- Additionally, configure MFA using your preferred 2FA/MFA app. There are many apps that you can use, examples include Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, VIP Access Symantec etc, these can be also downloaded from the app store if you do not have a preferred app.
- Congratulations, you are now signed into the Setup app.

- When signing in with an existing account
- Enter your admin login credentials.
- Open your 2FA/MFA application and read/copy the code.
- Go back to the Setup application and enter the code and click continue.
- Congratulations, you are now signed into the Setup app.
Troubleshooting and FAQs:
- I cannot login using my credentials.
- Verify the case sensitivity of your username and password.
- Your account might not have permission to use the setup app, verify this with your internal solution manager.
- How can I receive setup app permission?
- Contact your internal solution manager to request an additional Setup app account. If this is you please contact Vodafone Business support.

- I have forgotten my password.
- On the set up application, click get started, select "Forgot Password" and follow the steps. You will receive an email with a temporary code to reset your password.
