The Web Booking portal has two available views that you can toggle in any configuration you need:
- Organization view (shows all locations of your organization)
- Floors view (provides details about the floors within your location)
Each view can be toggled independently using the two icons in the top-left corner of the screen:
Organization view shows the Hybrid Workspace and all locations within your organization. It also provides a quick overview of desk availability and anoffice occupancy indicator.
You can select a building by clicking on it. The selected building will be highlighted and its information (including the map) will be loaded. It might take a few seconds to load the map.
Floors view provides details about the floors and zones within your selection and allows you to choose a workplace for booking.
You can open and collapse floors and zones. Your current selections will be highlighted and only workplaces within your selection will be displayed on the map.
You canbook a workplacedirectly from this view by clicking on a workplace icon.
