1-Day Reservation Policy Now Based on Workdays: Smarter rules for real office schedules.
What’s new:
The 1-day reservation restriction now counts workdays (Mon–Fri) instead of full weekdays (Mon–Sun).
This means weekends are no longer counted, giving you more practical control over when bookings open.
No changes needed on your side; this update improves the existing policy behind the scenes.
Track Changes: Timestamps for Workplace Updates: Now you’ll know who changed what and when.
What’s new:
All changes to workplaces and related settings now include a timestamp and user info, so it’s clear who made which changes.
This helps improve accountability and simplifies troubleshooting or follow-up discussions.
Available for authorized users in the Control Center.

Fixed Reservation Rules: Smarter Visibility Handling - Clearer logic for how visibility is applied.
What’s new:
Room reservations from fixed rules are now always visible, no visibility toggle needed.
Parking reservations from rules are created as invisible by default, users can change this per reservation.
Desk reservations respect the user’s default visibility setting. The visibility option is only shown if it applies.
In many cases, the visibility option is no longer shown at all, reducing confusion and ensuring rules are applied correctly.

The platform now supports role-based delegation, making it easier to manage user access without needing VBOS support.

What’s new:
New Control Center Section: Workplace Policies Workplace policies are now part of the revamped Control Center, giving admins one centralized hub to manage workplace-specific rules and behaviors with more flexibility and control.
Reservation Warnings: Admins can configure workplaces to show a warning message to specific users when they attempt to make a reservation, ideal for soft guidance without blocking access.
Reservation Blocks: Workplaces can now be set to fully block reservations for certain users or user groups. A clear “reservation prevented” message is shown, so there's no confusion.
Max Reservation Duration: Set a maximum time limit for reservations per workplace. If a reservation exceeds the configured time (in minutes), users will see a message informing them of the limit.
Reservation Insights: Filtered Data, Role-Based Access Deeper visibility into reservations, tailored for specific roles and use cases.

Reservation Stats in Control Center: A new reservations list view is available in the Control Center. Filter by room, date, weekday, and more to support custom research and reporting needs.
