Service Manager access can be granted by your Office Spaces administrator. This feature can be granted on a location by location basis.
Check for malfunctioning devices
As a Service Manager you check for devices that may not be working as expected. The physical colour displayed on the iotspot hub will be compared with the current database status, and if there is a mismatch, that iotspot hub will show in the Malfunctions list.
Note: This feature is still in early stages of development and is subject to change
As a Service Manager, you will see 'Malfunctions' in your header of tabs. Click on this tab to check for devices.
If none of your iotspots are showing a mismatch, you'll see 'No results found'.
If there is a mismatch, you will see an orange triangle with an exclamation mark, on that icon.
Locate the iotspot and troubleshoot further with Blinking Light (connectivity diagnostics). If there is no change, please contact Support for further assistance.
