You can test the connectivity of your iotspot Hub Device by using the hidden Blinking Light tool in the User App. This can be useful if you're not sure whether a hub device is properly connected to the network.
How to test a Hub Device using the Blinking Light tool
Note: To successfully perform device diagnostics, the hub device must be plugged in and your mobile device must be connected to the fastest network available at your location.
- Open the iotspot User App and open the Booking Screen of the workplace that you would like to test
- Tap and hold down on the workplace icon for a few seconds
- You will see a confirmation message in the app and the device will start blinking

Troubleshooting
Device does not blink
If the device isn't blinking, please perform a hard reset - unplug the device from the power, wait a few seconds and plug it back in again. If the device is still malfunctioning after the hard reset, please contact the Support Desk.
