As a Office Spaces user, you can adjust your account settings and personal information visible to other users. To access your account settings, tap on the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen and select "My account".
In theWeb Booking Portal,click on the three dots iconin the top-right corner of the screen and selecting the "My account" option in the dropdown menu.
Account settings explained
|Profile picture||You can take or upload a new profile picture. This picture will be visible to others on your profile and your non-anonymous bookings.|
|Name||Your name is visible to others on your profile and your non-anonymous bookings. It can also be used to find you using the search function.|
|Cannot be changed.If you need to change your email address, please create a new account (log in with the new email address). Your data will not transfer.|
|Telephone Number||Visible to others in your profile information|
|LinkedIn URL||The URL must start with"https://".Visible to others in your profile information.|
|Department Information||Visible to others in your profile information|
|Job title||Visible to others in your profile information|
|Hybrid schedule||Your schedule configuration for the Hybrid Workspace feature. Will be visible to others in your profile information and the Hybrid Workspace overview.|
|Language||Allows you to select which language the Office Spaces interface should default to whenever possible|
|“I want to be visible”||Profile privacy. If this setting is disabled, all your bookings will be anonymous by default.|
|“I am an E.R.O.”||If you are tasked with supporting other users, you can enable this setting. "Emergency Response Officer" title will appear in your profile and users will be able to find you using "ERO" search filter.|
