How to request device diagnostics

Using the setup app, you can test Office Dots with fake requests to test their change of colour. This can be useful if you're in doubt if an Office Dot is functioning properly. The process is simple:

1. Open the Office Spaces setup app, select the "Diagnostics" tool.
   
   
   
   
2. Scan an Office Dot ("How to scan an Office Dot").
   
   
   
   
3. By choosing R(ed) - G(reen) - B(lue), you can test the colour signal response on the device. By choosing "Actual state" you can return the Office Dot back to its original colour.
