This article will showcase how to edit, add, and remove floors and zones in control center. This is useful if changes were made to the floor / zone setup. To do so:
Step 1
Navigate to Your locations "Company location" Floors.
Here you can see the current floors within this location and how many teams are within each zone.
Adding a new floor can be done using the + Add floor button on the top right side of the table.
Step 2
If you want to edit an existing floor, click on the floor you want to change, from there you can edit the existing floor in the upper end of the screen.
Floor level
The floor level showed in the app.
Floor Name
The floor name showed in the app.
Display sequence
Display sequence number affects the order of things to be displayed. If you need to make changes to the current sequence number, please have a look at this article: "What are sequence numbers?"
Make the changes and hit save.
Step 3
By clicking on one of the zones, you can change the zone's name, color and sequence number on the right side of the screen. Additionally, you can add a new zone by clicking the +Add Team (area/ zone) button.
Note: To delete a zone, first, move all Office Dots to another zone. Then the option to delete a zone will appear.
