To generate an overview of all the workplaces within a location, you can use the "workplaces" tab within your location details. This should be used to change the configuration of Office Dots. For example, block a few desks or change their zone after they have been moved.
Step 1
Navigate to Your location(s) "Company location" Workplaces.
Now you can see an overview of all the Office Dots within this location. Use the different filters highlighted in the image above to narrow your search.
Optionally you can also use the search engine that's located in the top right corner of the table (You can only search for the icon name of an Office Dot)
If you want to block different desks, use the Block button in the overview.
Step 2
Click on a single Office Dot to change its individual settings:
Device ID
Identification number of the Office Dot.
Category
If it is a room or a desk.
Location / Teams
Change the floor and zone location (combined).
Workplace type
What type of workplace is it? (More about workplace types here).
Cluster ID
Identification number of cluster in which the Office Dot is located (More about clusters here).
Sequence number
Sequence number of the Office Dot (More about sequence numbers here).
Bookable
Is this Office Dot bookable for users?
Future reservations allowed
Enable this setting to be available for future booking.
Active
Visible to end users: Yes / no.
Name / Info text
Additional name information for a specific device.
