How to get your team together in a flexible office?
Office Spaces provides a special team-zone feature. With this feature you can define team zones. Each member has priority to book in his own team-zone. Team-zone bookings can be combined with a specific end-time, for instance 8:30 am. Till 8:30 am, all desks are only bookable for team members. After 8:30 am, all available desk left are open for other users, outside your team.
With this feature, you have the ability to get your team together in your own team-zone, combined with efficient office space usage, because of opening up for all users after a specific time.
How it works:
First time setup: Select "My Team Zone" (only when opening for the first time)
Check availability in "My Team Zone"
How can you change your selected team?
Go to the account settings page by tapping on the 3 dots in the top right > My account.
Next, at "Team-zone setting" you can select the current team and change it to your new team.
