The following article will go through all the settings in the location details page and explain each of them in detail.
Go to "your organizations" "Organization name" "locations" select location you would like to change.
Name
The name of your company
Contact email
The contact email of the location manager
Address
The address of the location
Zip code
The zip code of the location
City
City where the building is located.
Country
Country where the building is located.
Latitude / longitude
By using the "set location" button, you can pin-point the location of your company on the map.
Radius
Change this setting to make the cover area larger for your company's location.
For example, a small radius is used for tall buildings with low ground coverage, high radius for low buildings with a lot of ground coverage (i.e. business park)
Time zone
Change the time zone
Open - till
Change the daily opening and closing time time of the location.
Change location image
Click the button to change the cover image of the location in the user app.
View future desks
This option enables future desk booking in general (Work hours before only works when this setting is enabled).
Working days ahead
This setting will affect the number of days that someone can book a meeting room and/or designated workspaces ahead in time.
Work hours before
General setting how many hours users can book desks before the location opens. For example, If this setting is set to 12 and the company opens at 8am. Users can then start booking their desks for the next day from 8pm the evening before.
Priority booking
If this setting is set to yes, Team Zone booking will be enabled for this location (View "Team zone booking" for more information).
Sequence
This number affects the order in which the location is showed in the list within control center, the setup app and the user app. 10 = 1st place, 20 = 2nd place, etc. See "What are sequence numbers?"
Presence check
If the desk is equipped with a desk sensor, and this setting is set to "yes", the solution will do a presence check 30 minutes after the reservation and if no one is present around that time, the current reservation will be canceled.
Active
This setting fully enables or disables the location.
Yes = enabled and visible, No = disabled and hidden.
