Single Sign On authentication is now available for Office Spaces if your organisation has SSO. For signing in without SSO, please refer to How to log in to Office Spaces.
SSO authenticating using the Web Booking Portal:
When a user navigates to Office Spaces URL, the user’s browser is already utilising SSO. No further user interaction is required (e.g.: password).
SSO authenticating using the App:
When a user accesses Office Spaces via the App, there can be three different authenticating scenarios depending on your organisation’s settings:
1. User will be directed to the MFA page where they will be required to enter their Corporate Vodafone password. After completing this step, they will be logged into Office Spaces:
2. User will be requested to use the MFA app and enter the number shown on the screen. After completing this step, the user will be logged into Office Spaces.
3. No user interaction is required.
