- Organization -> App Users
In order to allow one or more of your team members to utilize the PA Manager, Property Manager and or Service Manager features in the Web Booking Portal, you need to grant the user the right permissions.
Editing user permissions
Search for the user you wish to make a company admin.
- Navigate to the “App Users” tab in "Organization Details"
- Enter the email of the person that you wish to find and click the “Search” button
- Click the "Edit user" link for your chosen user.
- Select "Yes" in the dropdown for "As admin for company" to make the user a PA across your organization
- You can make a user a Property Manager and or a Service Manager per location, by selecting the applicable check-box. Once you have made your selection, click save
