Team zones are used to specify teams/ departments within a company. These can then be used to specify what zones each team can book with priority.
Step 1
Visit Organisation > Team Zones to make changes.
Step 2
To add a new team zone, click + Add Team , this will load the team zones in the dropdown menu.
Name
Name of the team (i.e. Marketing).
Restricted
Zones that are attached to this team are only bookable by this team. (Yes / No)
Active
This team is currently active and visible to end users.
Connected zones / Add Team
Use the dropdown menu to select zones that belong to this team. Select +Add Zone, to add the zone to the list.
Hit Add to save your configuration.
