Logging in to Control Centre consists of five simple steps. The following article will explain the steps.
- Request access.
If you are the application manager, you will need to share your details with Vodafone during your company onboarding process. If your are not the application manager, you can request access for the Office Spaces Control Centre to one of your organisations solution managers.
- Receive credentials.
You will receive your login credentials via email to your inbox. If you're doing the first registration, these will be sent to you during onboarding.
- "Welcome to Office Spaces Control Centre".
In your inbox, you'll receive an email with the subject "Welcome to Office Spaces administration". This email includes your login email address and your temporary password.
Visit https://control.officespaces.iot.vodafone.com/ and sign in using the login credentials from the email. Please note: verify the case sensitivity of your username and password.
- Change password.
After signing in, you are prompted to change your password. Change the temporal password to something that you'll remember that meets the requirements. You cannot keep the temporary password.
- Congratulations, you are now signed into the Control Centre
This account is also used to login to the Office Spaces setup app. Generally, users of the Control Centre also received rights for the Office Spaces setup app. If this is not the case for you, ask your organisation solution manager for access.
